HOW DO YOU DO CARPET CLEANING?
We use two methods for carpet cleaning: steam carpet cleaning using hot water extraction and dry carpet cleaning.
Steam carpet cleaning using hot water extraction
Carpet cleaning service using hot water extraction is the most popular and effective method for cleaning and disinfection of most carpets. It is environmentally friendly and safe for children and pets. This method is suitable for the synthetic or mixed carpets including polyester, microfibre and wool fibre.
Dry carpet cleaning method
This method is often used for more delicate and natural fibres. As with steam cleaning this method is also safe for children, pets and allergy sufferers. Although it can be used on synthetic fibres it may not achieve the same results as hot water extraction method. However, this is the recommended way for cleaning sisal, cotton, jute, sea grass and other natural fibres). It may not be possible to remove some stains using this method.

I booked a deep clean of my flat including steam clean of carpet. I was impressed with the service from start to finish. The office staff were helpful with the booking and taking detailed instructions.Galina who was the cleaner on the day was excellent -she did an incredibly thorough job, including managing to remove some stubborn stains and dirt. Hot water extraction method
Steam carpet cleaning
This is the most popular and effective method for cleaning and disinfection of most carpets. It is environmentally friendly and safe for children and pets.
This method is suitable for the synthetic or mixed carpets including polyester, microfibre and wool fibre.
Step 1: Pre-cleaning survey and vacuum cleaning
Our carpet cleaner will vacuum the carpet to remove any loose dirt and dust. The technician will then inspect any of the stains (if there are any) and choose the cleaning chemical to be used. Different professional cleaning stain remover will be used depending on the type of stain. We cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed if they have gone deep into the fabric, but our technicians will try to do their best. Generally, the longer you had the stain, the more difficult it will be to remove it.
Step 2: Cleaning carpets using professional hot water extraction machine
The carpet cleaner goes thoroughly through every bit of your carpet.
The machine injects water and cleaning solution deep into carpet cleaning fibres under pressure. This accumulated soil, grime and dust. Our powerful machine then sucks in excess moisture, soil and dirt. The result is that your carpet is now clean and dry at the same time, with no risk of moisture damage as almost 95% of the moisture is sucked in by the machine.
Step 3: Stain protection (Scotchguard) – recommended for busy carpeted areas
If you have booked stainguard protection our operative will apply invisible, clear stain protection liquid to the carpets. This invisible protective coating will make the carpet resistant to everyday soiling and both oil-based and water-based stains. It will protect the fabric against penetration of liquids that lead to stains causing permanent damage to the carpet and upholstery. This makes it easier for your carpets to remain fresh much longer and they will be a lot easier to clean in the future.
Step 4: Drying and ventilation
The carpets will be slightly damp and needs usually between 2 and 6 hours to dry. We recommend keeping the windows open to speed up the ventilation and drying. The carpet technician may also decide to leave a fan to increase the airflow.

How long does the steam cleaning take?
This will depend on the condition of the carpet, if there are any stains which need to be removed, then it might take longer. Usually, it takes anywhere between 20 to 40 minutes per room.
How long does the carpet dry after the cleaning?
It takes around 5 – 7 hours for the carpet to get fully dry after the cleaning.
What equipment do you use for the steam clean?
We use the most advanced powerful Alltec Evolution machines for wet extraction carpet cleaning, using either Alltec or Prochem cleaning solutions. We can use Eco-Friendly chemicals for your cleaning as well.
Do I need to move furniture before the steam cleaning?
Our carpet cleaner will move light furniture around and put them back where we found them. We do advise to remove all small, fragile or valuable things for the insurance purposes, to make sure they are out of the way.
Do you take the carpet away?
No, we do not remove your carpet. Our carpet cleaner has everything necessary to complete the cleaning on site.
Can the steam cleaning remove stains?
Steam cleaning removes most of the stains; however, it cannot always be guaranteed and is dependent on the condition and the type of stain. If you have any stains, please, advise us what these stains are at the time of booking for carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning.
Can I request a quote over the phone?
We can provide quote over the phone if you provide all the relevant details. Our customer service opening times are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Online quotes for domestic carpet cleaning service are available online 24 hours a day. We might require a site visit for the commercial carpet cleaning services.
What happens if a carpet cleaner damages my carpet?
If an accident occurs, we will be able to take care of it. Our company is fully insured and cover cleaning / damage accidents.
Do I need to pay for the parking / CC / ULEZ charge?
Carpet cleaner will require available parking near the property. Parking charges are extra cost in case you will not be able to provide a parking permit or free parking near the property. Congestion and ULEZ charges are also applied if required within your post code.
Will carpet cleaning help with odour removal?
Yes, carpet cleaning service generally helps to get rid of bad odours. Your carpets should be smelling great after the session.
